Elberta German Sausage Festival - Event Page

As a cornerstone event for the Elberta community, the Elberta German Sausage Festival is held twice a year (always the last Saturdays of March and October) to raise funds for the Town of Elberta Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to directly supporting the fire department, festival proceeds also benefit the community through benevolent initiatives and other fundraising activities. The festival further extends its impact by offering local non-profits a valuable opportunity to participate and raise money for their own causes. Proceeds are also used to ensure the festival's continued operation and improvement.

Kick off your Fourth of July weekend with the Elberta community! Join us at the Elberta Town Park on July 2, 2026. More information coming soon!​

Elberta Santa Dash

Each year in December, Elberta Community Partners and the Elberta Volunteer Fire Department collaborate to bring Santa right to your doorstep! Residents inside the Elberta fire jurisdiction are able to sign up on 1 of 2 days we offer this and have Santa make a brief visit to their home or neighborhood. Signup for this event typically begins the day after Thanksgiving each year.
